CORE

A 30 minute core conditioning class which builds abdominal strength and develops postural support though the mid-section. This is achieved by learning how to stabilise and strengthen your body that will assist though day to day activities. limited spaces so booking is required.

CIRCUITS

Circuits is a multi movement high intensity workout. This includes weights, core, and cardio. All abilities are welcome as the workout covers different options for all levels of fitness. This is a great opportunity to positively effect not just your body but the people around.

BOOTCAMP

Expect the unexpected! Bootcamp classes will always change. These are different workouts every week, we include boxercise, weights, functional movements, core, mobility and flexibility. Session formats can be Interval training, AMRAP's, workouts for time, and Conditioning type workouts.

What We Offer

Nutrition

Learn the tools and tips in order to make your own meals and food choices. We will educate you with the essential knowledge in our nutrition workshops and want you to find balance to make good food choices 80% of the time but still enjoy a treat without feeling guilty.

Classes

A wide range of exciting fitness classes tailored to your ability level. No matter what fitness level you are at, there’s plenty of options to suit your ability. Did you know that your chances of achieving your goal are increased when training in a group environment or with a friend.

1:1 Personal Training

Our personal training service can be delivered at your own home or in our own private studio in Waterlooville, the programme will be completely tailored to your specific goals, no queuing for equipment, no busy gym floor. Everyone has different goals and desires which is why everyones fitness journey is different.

Group PT

Work Closely in groups up to 4 to achieve your goal, workouts are still tailored and everyones progression is still monitored throughout the programme. This is great for friends looking to train together or working towards a similar goal. These sessions can be delivered at the Ryval Fitness studio or a location of your choice.
