A 30 minute core conditioning class which builds abdominal strength and develops postural support though the mid-section. This is achieved by learning how to stabilise and strengthen your body that will assist though day to day activities. limited spaces so booking is required.
Circuits is a multi movement high intensity workout. This includes weights, core, and cardio. All abilities are welcome as the workout covers different options for all levels of fitness. This is a great opportunity to positively effect not just your body but the people around.
Expect the unexpected! Bootcamp classes will always change. These are different workouts every week, we include boxercise, weights, functional movements, core, mobility and flexibility. Session formats can be Interval training, AMRAP's, workouts for time, and Conditioning type workouts.
